I was responsible for delivering great results for a variety of SME and enterprise clients for a leading Bournemouth agency, across PPC, SEO and Paid Social. Including Hobbycraft, Grapetree, Clipper Round the World Yacht Race and Commonwealth Games England. Managing the digital marketing team. I introduced several new processes into the agency to provide a unique digital marketing service for clients where SEO and design work together to achieve websites that are both visually stunning and effective.

Working for a leading digital first agency I was responsible for delivering digital marketing projects right from gathering requirements, devising strategies, to setup and reporting for various established clients across retail and finance including Brittany Ferries, FujiFilm, Avery and Charles Stanley. I worked across various media channels including optimising PPC and Paid Social campaigns. Setting up display network campaigns and growing affiliate programmes. One of my most successful projects was developing and implementing a app marketing strategy for FujiFilm where I exceeded target app downloads by 33% and download to sale by 62%.

I set up a marketing department for a growing financial services provider. Working inhouse and liasing with agencies I managed a variety of marketing activities including Email Marketing, PPC, SEO, Reporting, Google Analytics, CRM, Website Management and Social Media.
Responsibilities included creating email marketing campaigns using online software providers, building internal reporting dashboards using Google Analytics and Excel, optimising PPC and SEO campaigns, website management and posting blogs using WordPress.

Working for one of largest global media agencies I looked after the Australian PPC accounts of some major global brands in the Automotive, Retail, Financial & Classified industries, managing budgets that exceed $2 m a year. These included Yellow Pages, Mazda, Dulux, Kathmandu, Village Cinemas and GE Money.

PPC Marketing Manager, Wiggle
2009 -2011
I was responsible for the PPC channel for the number one leading online sports retailer in the UK. Managing budgets that exceed 150k a month to drive traffic and revenue to the Wiggle UK and international sites. These include the UK Australia, USA, Japan, France, Germany & Spain. Experience of working directly on the optimisation of the accounts & liaising with agencies.
Introduced paid search (PPC) automation software into the organisation which links Google, Yahoo & Bing ads and keywords with product, price & stock changes on site. Rapidly increased the size of the accounts, achieving a 260% growth in PPC revenue within 2.5 years, contributing to 30% of overall company revenue
